Pledges

As part of the Year Up program, we have been asked to make a pledge that demonstrates how or what we would like to get accomplished while enrolled within the program.  Below is the pledge that I have made and am looking forward to fulfilling.

Pledge:

I, Jesus Alvarez, pledge to give 100% effort and put in the work that is necessary to finish and succeed in the Year Up program.

I will accomplish this by:

•  Show up everyday on time with the required materials necessary
•  Participate in order to learn, ask questions when unsure to get clarity
•  Do not procrastinate about workload, challenge myself to better myself

I have other pledges but I feel like this is the one that is most important and accomplishing this one in particular will help achieve other goals. Enjoy!
